User Responsibilities & Usage Rules

Withdrawal
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name. A first-time withdrawal requires full identity verification. sumtoto reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal for investigation purposes related to fraud or non-compliance with these terms.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements. Detailed terms for each offer will be stated at the time the promotion is launched. Failure to meet the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Account Policy
